Welcome to the Non-Foodie! Is the title a lie? Why would a self-described non-foodie write a food blog? Being a non-foodie means that I might be happy if I could live on a diet of futuristic food pills and the occasional eclair if it would give me more time to write and read. But I do like experimenting with things in the kitchen so I’ve decided to explore the world of food and cooking, perhaps from a non-foodie’s perspective, and share what I learn along the way.
